By entering a drop, placing a reservation or making a payment, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Who you are dealing with. Sebastian Watch Co. is a sole proprietorship registered in India at Block 11, 1144, Ashiana Umang, Near Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302026, India (GSTIN 08CDCPS0225C1Z0).

Drops and reservations. Pieces are released in small numbered editions. Entering a drop or submitting a reservation is a request, not a binding sale. If a piece is allocated to you, we confirm by email and send a secure payment link. The allocation is held for the period stated in that email. If payment is not received in time, the piece may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. International orders may be quoted in US Dollars. Payments are processed by NTT DATA Payment Services India Private Limited. Where a payment processing fee is shown on the payment page, it is borne by the payer and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including refund, cancellation, reversal or chargeback. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successful.

Cancellation and refunds. Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective pieces, as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Authenticity. Every Sebastian Watch Co. piece is numbered and signed. Each watch carries a Certificate of Authenticity in its packaging.

Variation. Because dials are hand-etched and hand-enamelled, slight variation between pieces is expected and intentional. The piece you receive will closely resemble, but not exactly match, the photographs.

Warranty. Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects, as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
