Cancellation & Refunds

This policy covers cancellations, refunds and payment processing fees for purchases from Sebastian Watch Co.

How payment works. When a piece is allocated to you, we send a secure payment link. Payments are processed by NTT DATA Payment Services India Private Limited through its payment gateway. Your order is confirmed only once the payment is successful.

Payment processing fees. Where a payment processing or convenience fee is shown on the payment page, it is borne by the payer. Payment processing fees are not refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including refund, cancellation, reversal, chargeback or any other reason. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation before dispatch. Because every piece is made in a small numbered edition, we ask you to buy with care. If you need to cancel after payment and before dispatch, write to us at the earliest. We will refund the product amount; any payment processing fee is not refundable.

Cancellation after dispatch. Once a watch has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for damaged or defective pieces.

Cancellation by us. If we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will tell you promptly and refund the full amount you paid, including any payment processing fee that was charged to you.

Refund method and timeline. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only. We initiate the refund within 7 working days of approving it. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Failed or duplicate payments. If money was debited but your payment shows as failed, or you were charged twice, write to us with the transaction reference. Once verified with the payment gateway, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any issue. Payment processing fees are not reversed in the event of a chargeback.
