Shipping & Returns

Each watch is hand-made and shipped from India.

**Shipping in India.** We dispatch via insured courier within 4–6 weeks of confirmed reservation. Tracking is shared on dispatch.

**International shipping.** Available on request. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

**Returns.** Because each piece is numbered and uniquely hand-enamelled, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please reach us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace at our cost.
