Shipping & Returns

Each watch is hand-made and shipped from Jaipur, India.

Shipping in India. We dispatch via insured courier within 4 to 6 weeks of payment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or in your order confirmation. Tracking is shared on dispatch.

International shipping. Available on request. Shipping is quoted separately. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns. Because each piece is numbered and uniquely hand-enamelled, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair or replace it at our cost. Where repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the product amount in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Warranty. Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from wear, water, impact or unauthorised servicing.
