Privacy

We collect only the information you give us: your name, email, phone and shipping address, and only to fulfil your enquiry, drop entry, reservation or order.

Payments. Card, UPI and net banking details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page, operated by NTT DATA Payment Services India Private Limited. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials. We keep the transaction reference, amount and status so we can match your payment to your order and process refunds.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your data. We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us run the site: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Resend (transactional email), NTT DATA Payment Services (payments) and our courier (delivery). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics that track you across sites.

Fonts. We use Google Fonts; your browser fetches font files from Google's CDN.

Your rights. If you would like a copy of your data, or it deleted, write to us at contact@sebastianwatchco.com or via the contact page.
